Pete's Seagull Nemesis
If you live in West Yorkshire this could be where your interest in model aircraft begins or is renewed.
We are a small friendly club that fly four stroke and electric powered model aircraft from a site at Clifton near Brighouse and we welcome new members of all ages.
If you are a beginner to our hobby we suggest that before you purchase any equipment or models you should contact us and visit our flying site or come to a club meeting to discuss the best way to start.
Below are three links to an article on starting to fly, a BMFA publication and a list of suggested equipment
which is appropriate to the novice flyer.
NEW TO THE HOBBY A FLYING START EQUIPMENT
We have an evening meeting on the third Thursday of each month at the Northowram Club at 8.00pm where all manner of model flying issues are discussed.
Anybody interested in starting or renewing their interest in model aircraft or just want to chat with like minded model flyers are always welcome.
See our "Events" section for dates.
If you come to our flying site at Clifton please introduce yourself to the flyers there so they can advise you about safety.
